How we protect your data

We use the same procedures to protect your data that we use to protect ours.  Informant and lead data are classified as “secret.” They are scrubbed from the site and maintained in coded form with per-contact keys stored offline in a paper notebook by our lead investigator; access to this information is tightly controlled on a need-to-know basis.
